OBAMA”s APPEASEMENT DOJ TRIAL: Black_Waters_Raven_23. Americans up in “arms” over a 21 year old Petty Officer First Class [rank of command!] taking pics of classified areas of a US Submarine [13 billion dollars!] Photos he knew to be prohibited– and only received a year in jail… The men of Raven 23, a team that assisted the Department Of State in Iraq, whom were involved in an incident where Iraq Citizens were killed, were not only found guilty, but were found guilty by the use of Criminal Law created for Civilians here in the USA! Guilt by association was one: If one member fired as a car breaking the line headed towards them, any of the team that then opened fire were found guilty of Homicide! Like they should have, in a combat role, waited to be sure the car was the enemy! Another Law that delivered Guilty findings was centered on a law that prohibits the use of military style weapons in a crime? The Trial and the Charges were mot only biased, but incorrect; absolute trickery:

Guilt By Association: allowing the jury to say if one of the team committed an illegal shooting the entire Black_Waters_Raven_23 team were guilty.. belying the fact if you were there and ANY gun fire erupted, would you not support the person whom started firing? especially if it were a vehicle .. which was the case.. or would you wait to discover if the white vehicle coming at you was in fact a bomber???
they used US Civilian Gun Laws:The weapons law, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c), prohibiting the use of certain types of weapons in the commission of a crime of violence. by stating the jury could decide the defendant’s guilt by that law???
this was combat not holding up a liqueur store!
They used the —Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act—which is only for DOD employees or contractors..
These guys, the team, the company, were employed bey the Department of State…
the witness who was part of the Black_Waters_Raven_23 team? he was so scared of where he stood, why? they already informed him of the fact they had it sewn up because they were going to use the usa laws for civilians andwin.. so he flipped and lied.. though he was the one that first fired on the white car killing the driver.. and the others were also charged through guilt by association! which could never be fact in a war zone by members of a security team!

They with held evidence that showed a heap of AK47 shells behind the corner bus stop concrete area, which proved that peeps , the enemy, the attackers, had fired at the Black_Waters_Raven_23 men and photos of small arms fire hitting vehicles from opposing individuals was also disregarded
We destroyed 4 US Citizens and their families lives to appease Iraq, like as if all the mortal blood of our servicemen and woman shed on Iraq Soil were not enough.. nor the billions if not trillions of us dollars spent on equipping Iraq troops two times; Spending Billions rebuilding Iraq and being there with troops in the field after 13 years was not enough!……??????
