The basic principle of LSYF/YOA is the up lifting of At-Risk Youth through a program titled YouthWorks™. To Accomplish our goals, LSYF/YOA utilizes a network of associates, volunteers, and, not the least, a web site dedicated to teaching, uplifting and employing youth and offering the means for adult mentors to participate. YOA applies awesome techniques utilizing hands on training, work shops and a computer based contact program for the motivation and education of those youth whom are in need of a friend, to belong somewhere, require education and reading/writing skills, overcome abuse. LSYF/YOA is both experienced and committed! Our free "Aftercare" continues through @Microsoft NetMeeting and MONITORED Chat Rooms where we deliver live, real-time Workshops and Training's. We also provide space on the YOA websites for Local Chapters and INDIVIDUALS to "build" their page and all necessary software and support.
