Basic Information --
The
Lighthouse Sanctuary Youth Foundation, a non-profit Christian
Ministry/Organization located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, has a primary set of goals:
a) Design and test unique
programs benefiting At-Risk Youth. Place these programs within the *Shell-Core-Foundation (see
pg. 2: The Power Team Brigade) of the Lighthouse
Sanctuary for Youth Foundation.
b) Promote the entire
concept to Churches, Non-Profit foundations, and Social-Civic groups. Our concept includes
inaugurating Cell-Groups for said organizations that choose to participate (including
recruiting, training, and funding these "Cell-Groups).
Though, may I add, our
philosophy and beliefs may require the recruiting of independent, motivated and caring men
and women will who will initiate Chapters in their own cities, towns, countrysid.

Primary Objectives
The primary objective of Lighthouse remains up-lifting At-Risk Youth --
Youth (13-24) whom are capable of perpetuating a program titled "The
Power Team Brigade" after attending an intensive motivational /
Educational /Inspirational "camp",
The U The Power
Team Brigade is an organizational tool created to assist At-Risk Youth assimilate into the American and Global Network Of
Education and Success in God utilizing the Youth
Works program:
ä Youth Works involves apprenticing At-Risk Youth with
distinct job opportunities and apprentice positions while teaching, motivating,
stimulating, educating and offering "fun" things to do"; Youth Works was designed to teach Youth the
principles of Discipleship, Team Work, Camaraderie,
Fellowship, Goal Setting, Accomplishment, Discipline and Responsibility
while Teaching Job Skills! Youth Works Works!

The battle lines have been drawn
We
must educate and train as many youth as possible; they must be capable of countering the False messages American Youth are receiving.
The Power Team Brigade is the heart of our endeavor.
The Power Team Brigade becomes not only a way for youth to
become successful and responsible, but it becomes a Youth
Evangelizing force.
The
program "Youth Works" is only a portion of the total picture. Youth Works may be viewed as a
vehicle to the hearts, minds, and souls of At-Risk Youth.

Youth Works: The Program!
The Youth Works program
is a simple and uncomplicated, structured works training program designed to teach youth
trades, et al, while instilling fundamental principles for their future. Utilizing all of
the above writings and principles, we add a few ingredients, mix them up, and begin:
a) Though LSYF has tried many sub-unit programs such as Bonsai,
Micro-Eco Systems Mechanics, Writing, Music, Building Renovation, and much more
within the titled "Youth Work" program, we
developed a single, uncomplicated program. This program utilizes
both computers and the internet.
b)Enter the
Computer Give Away Program, where we not only may offer computers to At-Risk Youth,
but train and provide them with support 24/7! We would also provide youth with training
and resources to deleope web sites and hosting services and have a web page for each
chapter!
c) The
plan is would be to approach churches, street corners, schools, and disadvantaged youth
resource organizations and provide a predetermined amount of placement positions for each.
d) Each
candidate assigned a position within the Youth Works Program shall be awarded a
certificate upon completion of the program. They will be further evaluated for interaction
in other on-going Youth Works Programs. Each will also have the opportunity to become
Captains within the organization.
e) A Captain in the Power
Team Brigade is an honored position earned through apprenticing within the
program, recruiting other At-risk and disadvantaged youth; and assisting with the training
and motivation of said recruits.
f )
Captains will be the first choice of paid advancement within the organization. They shall
have the opportunity, when it is available, to open their own centers.

Why fund LSYF and YOA?
It remains in the hearts of
so many disadvantaged youth. It creeps upon their pillows of tear drenched nights when
they cry silently for someone to love them; to share with them; to respect them; to
teach them; to offer them an alternative to.. their plight...
It is not refreshing that
this message has thus far fallen upon mostly deaf ears.
